Guardrails

Protect recent purchasers
Never suppress anyone who purchased in the last N days, even with zero email engagement.
Protect new signups
New subscribers get time before engagement is judged.
Sunset-flow grace
Anyone currently inside a win-back / sunset flow is left alone until the flow completes.
Ghost threshold
Days with no open, click, or site activity before a profile counts as a ghost.
Suppression window
How long before your billing recount the suppression job lands.
Review & approve
Dry run for the cycle ending —. Nothing is suppressed until you approve. Autopilot stays off unless you switch it on, with the word autopilot right there on the switch.
